11 subscriber-only phone lines at 28.8 Kbps (subscribers automatically access all 9 public lines also).
Fractional T1 connection to the Internet

The BBS operates entirely on user contributions. There is no corporate sponsorship for the OS/2 Shareware BBS.

1 MB download per day

120 min. connect-time per day
20 MB download per day

New callers have immediate full free access on the non-subscriber phone lines, however the above time and download limits are in effect. We hope this will encourage subscriber participation.

Subscribers should realize a significant cost savings by using Internet connections instead of commercial telephone lines. While the cost of providing this access is significant, The OS/2 Shareware BBS is dedicated to providing the best service possible for subscribers.
