The system is now operating with:
- 9 public (free) access phone lines at 28.8 Kbps
- 11 subscriber-only phone lines at 28.8 Kbps (subscribers automatically access all 9 public lines also).
- Fractional T1 connection to the Internet
The BBS operates entirely on user contributions. There is no corporate
sponsorship for the OS/2 Shareware BBS.

The following access levels are available:
Public (free) access
- 30 min. connect-time per day
- 1 MB download per day
- Access by 9 phone lines
Subscriber access
- 120 min. connect-time per day
- 20 MB download per day
- Access by 20 phone lines
- Access by Internet
- Web Downloads
- telnet
- virtual modem
- C-Kermit
- Access to Internet
Subscriber Access Cost
- 6 months: $24 US
- 12 months: $39 US
We have a system in place now to allow you to subscribe right now
from this web page. Please see the Subscription Form
if you would like to subscribe and gain access to the files here on
the web.
New callers have immediate full free access on the non-subscriber phone
lines, however the above time and download limits are in effect. We
hope this will encourage subscriber participation.

INTERNET ACCESS:
Subscribers can also access the BBS through the Internet with:
Subscribers should realize a significant cost savings by using Internet
connections instead of commercial telephone lines. While the cost of
providing this access is significant, The OS/2 Shareware BBS is
dedicated to providing the best service possible for subscribers.
